In an increasingly interconnected world, there is a growing recognition of our interdependence. The Visions for Canada, 2042 conference will explore the ways innovative collaboration among researchers and the community may be the most effective response to Canada’s future challenges. Civil servants, non-governmental organizers, university faculty, graduate students and alumni from across the ‘civic’ disciplines are all invited to participate in a three night, two day conference in which they will discuss research and ideas that help imagine Canada’s future in 2042.
The conference, taking place at Carleton University, is free to attend. Tickets are for sale for the concluding event, a gala dinner in the Shaw Centre Trillium Ballroom, celebrating this milestone conference and Carleton’s 75th Anniversary.
