The By55 brand is the official culinary brand of the Shaw Centre. The brand is derived from the Shaw Centre’s civic address which is 55 Colonel By Drive and is incorporated in to a number of culinary initiatives found within the Shaw Centre. Including, the extremely popular By55 Lazy Monday dinner series as well as our By55 Virtual Cook-Alongs (listed below). The next time you see the By55 brand, you know that our world-class culinary team is involved and will be delivering an exceptional experience that you will be sure to remember.


Virtual Cook-Along

Let us bring your team together for a unique culinary experience. Shaw Centre’s Executive Chef Patrick Turcot will create a personalized menu that will leave you with a delicious meal.

Enjoy one of two private virtual cooking experiences; a one-course meal with cocktail demonstration or a two-course meal.

All experiences include professionally created shopping and equipment lists, along with detailed cooking instructions all delivered no later than one week prior to your event.

During the experience, your team will be guided by Chef Turcot who will share helpful cooking tips. Your team will gain the knowledge and culinary skills that they can use the next time they step in to the kitchen.
